In aid of raising money for the West End and Showcase
parents expenditure, Including travel and costumesWe are holding Christmas Fayre at Denmead Community centre on the 10th December 1pm to 4pm and an American supper evening with disco and auction for SAA families and friends at Denmead church hall 7:30pm to 11pm.
We understand the West End and Showcase costumes and fees soon add up and stop some pupils from being able to take part in such events, so to be able to continue to offer this to everyone we have come up with an idea of fundraising throughout the year to try and reduce these costs for the parents.
We had a meeting on Friday to discuss the first event in December and have come up with the following we need help with, if you are able to help with any of the following then please fill in the form below and hand any items into Katrina at dancing asap.
The American supper evening tickets will be on sale at £2.50 a child and £4.50 an adult and available from Sian Munday Hall or Katrina, please fill in the form to book your tickets.
Please try and support us with both events as remember it will benefit every parent and child. Please spread the word to all family and friends and around schools. The evening will be a great way to celebrate what we have achieved during the day and would love as many SAA families and friends to try and come.
