Who said dancing was just for children? We offer classes in Tap, Modern & Ballet twice a week!

Our adult classes are for mixed abilities, designed with exercises suitable for all ages (ie adding extra steps for those who are more advanced, or keeping the basics for the beginners).

Your physical ability is no reason not to try our classes, you take the class at your pace and push yourself as much as you feel comfortable with, as you know your body best!

Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, and beating stress.

One of the best things about dancing is that while you're having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you're getting all the health benefits of a good workout.
