SAA are forced to close our ‘physical’ doors from Thurs 05/11 for 4 weeks

GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE

We are absolutely gutted after having a great Term 1 (2020/21), but we will make sure the time flies by teaching you safely from our homes.

SAA are following three parts of the latest government guidance released on 31/10. Please see below the extracts taken from the www.gov.uk website on 01/11:

New National Restrictions from 5 November

“1) Requiring people to stay at home, except for specific purposes.

  1. Preventing gathering with people you do not live with, except for specific purposes.
  2. Closing certain businesses and venues.”

4. Businesses and venues

  • indoor and outdoor leisure facilities such as bowling alleys, leisure centres and gyms, sports facilities including swimming pools, golf courses and driving ranges, dance studios, stables and riding centres, soft play facilities, climbing walls and climbing centres, archery and shooting ranges, water and theme parks”

8. Childcare and children’s activities

“Some youth services may be able to continue, such as 1-1 youth work and support groups, but most youth clubs and groups will need to cease for this period.”

 

CLASSES AROUND LOCKDOWN

All classes will run as normal in person on Mon 02/11 and Tues 03/11. Assuming government guidance allows, we will then return back to physical classes on Thurs 03/12 with the normal timetable.

 

LOCKDOWN - THE SEQUEL

So… it’s happened! Our ‘Force Majeure Event’ back up plans come into place and all classes (except Pre-School classes) will be taken online from Thurs 05/11 to Weds 02/12. A copy of our invoicing terms in regards to enrolments and refunds can be found here.
