Class summary:

Ballet is the basis for all other genres of dance and helps you to ready yourself for other types of dancing such as contemporary, jazz, even hip-hop.

It helps develop strength, posture, grace, co-ordination, muscle tone, technique and musical awareness.

Ballet at SAA is under the ISTD syllabus and we offer the professional exams as well as class exams in this genre.
