Acro & Limbering
SAA's Acro & Limbering classes are based on the syllabus of Acrobatic Arts. This is based on safe and effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling.
Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, sport acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, pilates, physiotherapy, hand balancing and more, you will not find a more comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner level dancer from log rolls and summersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!
Students learn all the tricks with the safety of mats to make a dance look that extra special, the class is great for limbering students ready for other genres. This class is recommended to all students as it will really improve your dance technique.
These classes focus on a full body working involving muscular strength and endurance to have tone muscles and core strength. Body Conditioning combines cardio and resistance work to an energetic beat to work out the whole body. With a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work and resistance training, these varied class is a great compliment to all other genres guaranteed to hit those areas that other workouts miss.
